Regular excursions do not require reservations. We generally have plenty of seating and you won't have
any problem finding a seat you like. Many of our most popular events, however, require us to either strongly
recommend or require reservations. You can buy tickets in one of two ways:
1. Buy tickets online for the events listed below. Online tickets can generally be
purchased up to one day before an event. For online ticket purchases, your confirmation e-mail
is your receipt. When you arrive at the railroad, just go to the ticket office and your tickets will
be waiting for you at will-call in your name.
If you have reservations for one of our dinner trains, just come up the
ramp to the dining car and check in with our hostess. Seating for dinner trains begins 15 minutes prior to departure.
2. Call in your ticket order. Our phone number is (301) 898-0899 or 1 (877) 363-WSRR toll free. Leave
your name and number if no answer and your call will be returned to confirm your ticket order. You must receive a return call
from our office to confirm your ticket order.
