Join us for our "Sweetheart Special" dinner train this Valentine's Day. Enjoy the elegant surroundings, romantic music,
fine dining, and a leisurely train ride with your sweetheart. Reservations will fill up fast for this unique experience.
Enjoy a delicious five-course meal served on fine china in our beautiful 1920s dining car. Diners have a choice of beef
pot roast or parmesan crusted chicken, accompanied by shrimp cocktail appetizer,
garden salad, soup, baked potato or baked sweet potato, seasonal vegetable and bread, followed by dessert. Indicate
your selection of main course when you purchase your tickets. Coffee and hot tea will be served, and you are also
welcome to bring your own wine if you prefer.
Although our dinner train has seating at tables of four, parties of two will
have their own tables for this event, unless your party is larger and you want seating for more than two at a table. We will
monitor reservations so that you are assured your own table. Please note: the dining area will be warm and cozy, but there is
apt to be cool air nearer the floor which is not yet insulated; dress your feet for a little extra warmth.
Train departs the Walkersville station at 6:00 and returns at 8:00 p.m. Cost is $65 per person; reservations
